CRESCENT CITY, Ca. (KIEM) – A real estate developer with big plans has his eyes set on Del Norte County. Specifically, Crescent City could be the home to new Luxury Condos, if these plans go forward. 

Our Leon Purvis went up to Del Norte to see where they are planning to break ground. And he joins us in-studio now with more.
