BRIDGEVILLE, CA. (KIEM) – A fuel-reduction project is taking place in Bridgeville. The crews aim to clear out nearly 18 acres of hazardous vegetation by July 1st. It’s just 1 out of 35 fire projects statewide. All this effort is in response to Governor Newsom’s executive order to help reduce the public safety’s risk for wildfires.
