EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-Around $93,000 was raised at the 16th Annual College of the Redwoods Athletics Dinner and Sports Auction. The sold-out event was held Thursday evening at the CR Gymnasium.
Dan Phillips, who is chief technology officer for Hulu, was the featured guest. He wrestled and was a member of the football team while at CR.
After Phillips spoke to the crowd, there was a live auction. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the athletics department.
