Body Found in Southern Humboldt During Search for Missing Man

GARBERVILLE, CA. (KIEM)- Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies were conducting a ground search for missing person Adam Daniel Mrozek when they discovered a body in the Salmon Creek area.

The Coroner is working to determine the positive identification of the body to confirm if it is Mrozek.

Mrozek was last seen at his residence on the 4300 block of Thomas Road around 2:30 pm last Sunday.

A roommate reported Mrozek missing Monday when he wasn’t at the property despite his personal belongings and vehicle were at the residence.
