Pacific Towing Offering Free Rides for New Year’s Eve

Humboldt County, Ca. (KIEM) — One local business is doing their part to make sure you get home safe Tuesday night after your New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Pacific Towing is doing their tipsy tow program this evening. It runs from 5 pm to 6 am Wednesday morning. If you’ve been drinking, pacific towing will give you a ride home free of charge.

To take advantage of this service, you must be going home, not to another bar or party, and your vehicle must be running, not broken down. They will go to Samoa and Manila, as far north as Trinidad, and as far south as Fortuna.

AAA isn’t offering its free tow service this year, but Pacific Towing wants to continue to offer this important service to the local community.
