ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM) – The City of Arcata’s Plaza Improvement Task Force will be presenting its final report to the City Council tomorrow.
The report recommends that the City Council improves bike infrastructure creating a one-way loop to the Creamery District, and adding additional amenities to 8th and 9th street for bikers and pedestrians.
The Task Force has been working on this plan for over a year and has had input from several local business owners and the coalition for responsible transportation priorities.
