Humboldt Bay Fire is 156 Years Old

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – Humboldt Bay Fire is celebrating a huge anniversary today.

Eureka’s trustees voted to give the fire department official status on February 18th way back in 1864.

That makes The Eureka Fire Department one hundred and fifty six years old today. Congratulations on a long time of service to this town and thank you for all you do.
