A 6.74 acre county property in Myrtletown is for sale and is zoned as an apartment with a greenway and open space.
The board of supervisors will begin to receive bids on February 25th.
The proceeds from the sale will be deposited in a trust fund reserved for affordable housing projects.
The property is valued at $375,000 dollars.
