Remains Identified in Ettersburg Homicide Case

ETTERSBERG, Ca. (KIEM) – The Humboldt County Coroner’s Office has identified the remains of 33-year-Old Jason Todd Garrett of Southern Humboldt County who was located on Crooked Prairie Road. Autopsy results have confirmed the victim died of a gunshot wound.

The suspect, 32-year-old Ryan Anthony Tanner was booked into jail on charges of murder, exhibiting a firearm, false imprisonment and criminal threats.
