Back on June 28th, 25 year-old Ryder Stapp was driving under the influence of alcohol- nearly three times the legal limit-and smashed his truck into 64 year-old Bob Beland’s Humboldt Hill home killing him while he was in bed. Stapp was driving his truck at a reported 86 miles an hour, while the speed limit in the area is only 35 miles per hour.
