Hit-and-run crash in Eureka

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-A hit-and-run suspect flees the scene after crashing into another vehicle in Eureka. It happened at around 5:40 pm Wednesday on Broadway north of Herrick Avenue.

According to the victim, the male suspect who was driving a silver car, crashed into the victim’s white SUV from behind. The victim who sustained minor injuries told Redwood News the man fled on foot.

Northbound Broadway was reduced to one lane while law enforcement cleared the scene.
