Texas Man Arrested on Drug and Weapons Charges on Highway 101

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM) – A Texas man was arrested today by Sheriff’s Deputies during a traffic stop on Highway 101.

Three people were in the vehicle- one had an active probation with a search clause.

During the search, deputies found two loaded and stolen firearms, cannabis, cocaine, and a ski mask.

43 year-old Tyrone Ridguard of Houston, Texas was arrested and booked into jail for carrying a concealed stolen firearm, possession of a loaded firearm known to be stolen, possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana while driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
