The Humboldt County Drug Task Force seizes narcotics in Eureka

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM) – Special agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force discover several people have been trafficking in heroin sales at a home in Eureka.


A search warrant was served on the 4200 block of Mitchell Road on Thursday.


Four people were detained, two of which were inside a motor home and two customers who arrived while police were on scene.


During a search of the home, agents found a loaded semi-automatic handgun and a digital scale.

The female resident, Liesel Norman was in possession of heroin and methamphetamine.


Norman was arrested and faces charges for possession of controlled substances while armed as well as operating or maintaining a drug house.


Inside the motor home agents found heroin, a digital scale and drug paraphernalia.
The two residents, Colt Baker and Renee Norman, are facing charges for operating or maintaining a drug house.
