Delayed flight carrying staff delays testing at the OptumServe Covid-19 testing site

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM) — The OptumServe Covid-19 testing site at Redwood Acres in Eureka experienced some delays Monday morning.

According to the Joint Information Center, a plane carrying OptumServe staff was delayed by fog and smoke as it tried to fly into McKinleyville. Clients impacted by the delay are being contacted to reschedule appointments and an employee is on site letting people know about the issue.
