A food delivery app developed to lower fees for Humboldt County restaurants and their customers

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM)- A food delivery service app has been developed in Humboldt County similar to door dash. 

The goal of the new app is to lower the fees for both local restaurants and their customers.

Humco2go has been in development for about a year and a half.

The app designers and owner wanted to create a program that is more local, personal and affordable.

“We wanted to bring another tool to the arsenal they can use to where they can keep more money in their pockets,” said Richard Hardin, Owner of RH Web Design. “So, I think right now it’s going to provide its greatest value for people right now for an instant relief.”         

Hardin says that the app is available to download, but wouldn’t be able to use until early December.
