Postma named CCAA Women’s Soccer Championship Scholar-Athlete

ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM) – Sabine Postma became the fifth Lumberjack to earn the CCAA Championship Scholar-Athlete Award. She is the first HSU women’s soccer player to receive the award.

The CCAA selected Postma as the recipient for having the highest grade point average of participants in the CCAA Championship. Postma is a senior on the team. She is a three-year letter winner and recipient of last year’s D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.

Postma was also named to the CCAA Fall Academic Team and has been a presidential scholar every semester since enrolling at HSU.
