40 year old Susan Rau-also known as Susan Allen- was arrested yesterday after a witness reported her for allegedly checking mail boxes and stealing mail in the area of 1,000 block of California Street.

When officers took her into custody, they found mail belonging to 27 victims. Bank cards and ID cards were located which belonged to an additional seven victims.
