Gas Pipeline Upgrade

Here in Humboldt County construction by PG&E is now underway on new gas lines in the Downtown Blue Lake area. Work got underway yesterday, February 7, 2022, on the project. This project is part of an on-going pipeline replacement effort throughout the county. 

The utility company says that as it replaces those gas lines in blue lake this week, some residents may notice a temporary natural gas smell.
