Redwood News Weather Forecast: Tuesday, September 5th

For the rest of our Tuesday evening, we will have a rather calm and cool night across the North Coast region. Temperatures will drop to the 50s and even the upper 40s for overnight lows. Winds will stay on the calm side. Lower elevations and coastal cities can expect overnight fog and misty conditions into the early morning hour for tomorrow. To start off our Wednesday, we will be expecting some morning clouds for the region, then plenty of sunshine for the afternoon hours. Conditions are expected to be more on the dry side getting into the next several days. Highs are expected to be in the 60s through 80s across the region. Winds will be coming from a west and northwest direction with speeds up to ten miles per hour. The rest of the week could give us a little bit of cloud coverage, but it is looking to be more on the thin side. Temperatures will continue to be in the 60s through 80s as well. This upcoming weekend could have a slight increase in highs for the coastal cities, hitting the mid 60s to low 70s. Inland cities are expected to stay in the mid to upper 80s through the weekend into next week, with potential to hit the low 90s by next week Tuesday.
