The annual Bayside Holiday Market just opened their doors this weekend.

“For the next two weekends we will be here with 30 different makers of Humboldt County having a local craft show,” Amy Whitlatch, owner of ‘AmysAlmostPerfect,’ said. “It’s free for the community to come in […] it is a vendor-less craft show, so you can spend your time walking through each booth looking at it.”

This year the craft market has 8 new vendors and will have a new guest artist each weekend.

“Saturday and Sunday there will be food available for purchase as well and then we do our shop for the causes on the next two Thursdays,” Whitlatch said. “This first one on November 30th will be for Soroptimist of Eureka […] and the second one is for the Breast and Gynecological Health Project.”

From jewelry, to hand made fudge, clothing, art, and more; this market has the perfect gift for everybody, with a unique taste of Humboldt County.

“We all want to support our local makers so when you come to our market, not only are you seeing everyone’s hard work throughout the year, you’re seeing the local artists, you’re keeping your money local,” Whitlatch said. “Then when you send it out there in the greater world in the mail, you’re giving us a greater audience as well and exposure.”

The market is located at the Bayside Community Hall. It’s open now until Dec. 10th– Thursday through Saturday from 12 to 7 p.m.  and Sundays 12 to 4 pm
