Family Nails and Spa is open for business after a car drove through the building

UPDATE 3:15 PM:

A news release from the Eureka Police Department said police officers discovered the car had left the roadway, struck a fire hydrant and crashed into the closed business side of Family Nails and Spa. The driver was identified as Paul Casanas from Eureka and was arrested for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license from a prior DUI.

On Saturday, a red Buick drove through the Family Nails and Spa in Eureka.

The car drove through a corner of the building. The nail salon business remains open while construction workers repair the damages. There is no damage to the Family Nails and Spa section of the building. The owner said they are open for business during construction.
