Arcata water customers to receive debt relief

Arcata customers with water and wastewater debt may have that debt cleared or reduced. The city announced that around 700 customers who have outstanding debt from June 16 2021 through the end of 2022 are eligible. You don’t have to do anything to be considered. The city will notify customers via mail if their debt has changed.
