Dolcini signs with Chico State

FORTUNA (KIEM)- Fortuna’s Camrin Dolcini will continue her education and track and field career at Chico State.  The senior signed her letter of intent Tuesday in front of friends and family.

Dolcini holds the school record in the pole vault at 11 feet 6 inches, the 100 and 200 meter dash, the 100 meter hurdles, and pentathlon. She played soccer, basketball, and even participated in student government.

At Chico State, Dolcini will pursue a degree in nursing to become a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics. But when she’s on the field, she’ll continue to raise the bar.
