ARCATA (KIEM)- An Arcata man is behind bars Monday afternoon after Arcata Police Department conducted an enforcement bicycle stop along the 17-hundred block of Alliance Road.
22-year-old Stephen Noble is on active formal county probation for assault with a deadly weapon.
During officer’s search, they found noble in possession of a loaded firearm with an obliterated serial number, and a small amount of methamphetamine.
Noble was charged and booked into the Humboldt County Jail for felon in possession of a firearm, alter/removed firearm serial number, possession of firearm while restricted by probation, possession of a loaded firearm in public, possession of a concealed firearm, possession of a controlled substance while armed, and probation violation
