National Parks Allow Free admission amid Corvid-19

TRINIDAD,Ca. (KIEM)-If you’re planning a trip to Redwood National Park or any other National Park, you’ll be able to get in free.

Entrance fees will be waived at all national park sites that are open during the coronavirus outbreak. Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt said this small step makes it a little easier for the American public to enjoy the outdoors in our incredible National Parks.

Visitors should anticipate shuttered restrooms and other facilities at national parks and plan accordingly. Recommenced public health practices will still be in place such as social distancing and hand washing. Redwood National and State Parks are open however, the campgrounds and visitor centers
