Crescent City Police Department offers Emergency Child Identification Kits

CRESCENT CITY, Calif. (KIEM)- Parents in Crescent City are getting a gift from the Crescent City Police Department.

One hundred Emergency Child Identification Kits are now available for families, in case their children go missing.

The kits include a small information card, dna swabs, and fingerprinting.

The kits are filled out by parents and will not be retained by the Police Department.
