Happy Friday everyone! For the rest of our day, we will have more sunshine as we get into the evening hours. Winds will continue to be more on the calm side this evening and temperatures will drop to the 40s and 50s. It will feel a bit muggy outside and patchy fog can be expected around the region as well. Getting into the beginning of this weekend, we will have more sunshine by the afternoon hours. Temperatures will jump to the 60-90 degree area. Winds will vary in direction with speeds up to ten miles per hour. Mother’s Day is coming up as well, and temperatures will be on the warmer side as well. We are looking at highs reaching the 80s and 90s for most of the region. However, this is a momentary heat wave for the North Coast region. We are looking to have a slow decline back to the 60s and 70s by the beginning of next weekend, and the second half of next week looks to have a mixture of sun and clouds through the area as well.
